Leads Group 7 Meeting Recap: Special Presentation from Vibrance Nutrition & Fitness – March 16, 2016

This week’s special presentation was by Aimee Gallo of Vibrance Nutrition & Fitness. Aimee has extensive education and certifications focused on nutrition and fitness, from Bastyr University in Seattle to The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

In Aimee’s presentation, she focused on how we can all improve our overall health. She considers food as medicine, especially vegetables, which provide more nutrients per molecule than any other food. Afraid of fresh produce spoiling? Use frozen veggies or fruit–they’re easy and add no extra time. Aimee also talked about the top ten causes of fatigue, which include lack of sleep, skipping breakfast, and lack of vegetables. Make sure to get your rest and relax a bit more!
